Los Amigos de Monterey History and Art Association invite you to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Puebla, a critical point in Mexico’s Struggle for Independence. A victory crucial to the Union's defeat of the Confederacy.
Come and join us as we celebrate our Hispanic heritage and raise a toast to General Ignacio Zaragosa Seguin, who, though celebrated as a Mexican war hero, is often overlooked when Americans celebrate their Civil War heroes.
All proceeds of this benefit will be used to support Casa Serrano and other MHAA programs.
