Kids Create

Kids Create
is an exciting monthly workshop that encourages the visual arts, inspired by the history and culture of the Monterey Peninsula. The Museum of Monterey provides the ideal learning environment for Kids Create participants with the Monterey History and Art Association’s vast collection of regional art and artifacts. Through visual observation and discussion in the galleries of the museum, the art and artifacts leave real and lasting impressions upon participants which they can use as visual and cultural references in the hands-on creation of their own original works of art within the workshops.

Kids Create workshops present rich visual, cultural and historical platforms to provide artistic inspiration to future creators and innovators!
