Kristy Sebok has been teaching art to kids for many years. She also is a professional artist and graphic designer. Recently she changed the way she created her art, ran her business, and most importantly, the way she taught art. She now incorporates conservation and awareness into her lessons. She even creates lessons that specifically teach environmental awareness while still making them fun and creative.
Join Kristy on July 23rd for a kids art workshop where she’ll have a variety of projects that incorporate recycled materials while she helps to build conservation awareness. Projects include repurposing used plastic bags, clean jars (labels removed) and clean cans. Please feel free to bring your own materials and be prepared to have fun, be creative and learn!
This event is suitable for ages 4-15. The Museum of Monterey is located at 5 Custom House Plaza in Monterey. Wharf parking is free for 2 hours with local ID.
This event is sponsored by the Museum of Monterey and FAME-Media: FilmArtMusicEarth
