Kids Create: Printmaking

Saturday, November 3, 2012 (12:00-1:30 pm) Kids Create workshops, for children ages 7-12, encourage learning about the visual arts, maritime and historical traditions. This workshop includes a thoughtful gallery discussion to accompany a hands-on printmaking project inspired by pieces from the Allen Knight Room, which showcases artifacts from the Museum’s permanent history and maritime collection. Kids will use what they have learned through visual observation and discussion to create ship prints full of character! All materials are provided! Fee for each workshop: $10 Please fill in the spaces below to reserve a spot: Registration forms will be available to fill out and fee will be due at the beginning of the workshop. Thank you for your interest!
